During February 2016 all landords and tenants will receive a phone call and an email or letter explaining the handover. Following the handover Beresford Residential will assume responsiblity for the administration of all ongoing tenancies, including processing any change of occupants, negotiating tenancy renewals and arranging for the return of the security deposit upon departure.
