At Beresford Residential, we believe that it is our people that make us great at what we do, and we only recruit the best local staff in the industry. The first time that you contact us you will be directed to a Branch Manager who will discuss your requirements and carry out a valuation of your property. The same manager will then oversee the entire process and they will be available to you throughout. If you are letting your property, we also appoint a Property Manager that is based in your local branch that will personally manage your property and be responsible for dealing with the administrative tasks.
We ensure that all our managers hold relevant NFOPP qualifications and all of our consultants either hold the same qualifications or are working towards them.
