Property Photograhy

One of our professional photographers will take a range of photos at your property and the best twelve to fifteen images will be studio enhanced before the property brochure is designed and printed. Our photographers are asked to take shots of every room and in addition to the standard wide-angled shots, they will look to include shots which capture appealing design and architectural features.

Bespoke Property Marketing Videos

Our in-house design and marketing team will produce an eye-catching video of your property and we'll promote it via email and social media.

A Personal Service

At Beresford Residential we believe that it is our people that make us great at what we do, and we only recruit the best local staff in the industry. The first time that you contact us you will be directed to a Branch Manager who will discuss your requirements and carry out a valuation of your property. The same manager will then oversee the entire process and they will be available to you throughout. If you are letting your property, we also appoint a Property Manager that is based in your local branch that will personally manage your property and be responsible for dealing with the administrative tasks.

Trained and Qualified Staff

We ensure that all our managers hold relevant NFOPP qualifications and all our consultants either hold the same qualifications or are working towards them. We believe that this sets us apart from our competition and enables us to offer you expert advice and a first-class service. We also ensure that all our staff receive regular and on-going training, so we can keep up-to-date with any changes in legislation and so that we can continue to improve the customer experience that we deliver.

Longer Opening Hours

We work longer hours than most of our competition to ensure that there is always someone on hand to show buyers or tenants around your property whether it be before work, after work, or at weekends. Our prominent offices are open six days a week and we conduct viewings up until 8pm during weekdays and all day on Saturdays. We also employ more staff than most of our competitors, so there will always be someone on hand to assist you during the process.
