Short term lets are often available for between one and six months and there may also be the option to extend on a month-to-month basis after the initial agreed term.
The majority of short lets are offered fully-furnished which would include all of the main furniture and could also include small household items such as towels, bed linen, crockery and electrical goods.
Be careful to check each individual listing, however you are likely to find that most of our short lets also include all utility bills and council tax (excluding telephone services).
Short lets are popular with large organisations that need to house employees as a more cost-effective alternative to hotels; insurance companies often rely on short lets when they need to house their clients during repair works; and private individuals see this as a convenient option to bridge the gaps between selling and buying a new property.
