The £250 Discount Fee Voucher shall be referred to simply as ‘Voucher’ for the purpose of these Terms & Conditions.
The promotional Voucher is a virtual voucher that can be redeemed against our standard, non-discounted sales or lettings fees upon contractual completion of the sale or let through Beresford Residential.
The Voucher is non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
To be eligible to participate in this promotion you must instruct Beresford Residential to sell or let your property between 15/05/2016 and 31/12/2016.
Each individual may only redeem one Voucher, regardless of whether they subsequently sell or let additional properties with Beresford Residential.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
