"The reason why I went with Beresford Residential was because they spared me the sales spiel that I was getting from the likes of Foxtons and KFH. Adam let my flat out quickly and for 2.5 years (before I moved back in recently) I had perfect tenants. I also used their management service which was great, Karl quickly and efficiently dealt with any issues and it was very handy to have them to manage work on my behalf. I'd definitely recommend. 5/5 Stars"
