Firstly, Pete was attentive, displayed consideration for our needs and was on point in both informing us as soon as possible when this property became available and helping us after. He went further to advise us on trying to secure it against other prospective tenants, and was patient and helpful at every stage with our numerous questions and worries! In our opinion Pete's performance was outstanding. Following that, we then dealt with Joe. Likewise, Joe showed a great level of professionalism and always kept a cool head even during our stresses during the process!
