We estimate that properties that have been carefully dressed can achieve as much as a 5% premium compared to properties that are poorly presented. Our professional photographer will help advise you on how to position furniture to get the best shots but you can do a lot of small things that make a big difference as well.

Our professional photographers are tasked with finding the most attractive interior shots that will show of your property at it's very best. We aim to get a photo of every room in your property where possible and the photographer will endeavour to use creative angles to ensure that the photos stand out from the crowd.
In addition to the wide-angle shots of each room, our photograhers will also keep a keen eye out for any design features that might not be picked up on when taking the main shots. These may include images of period features like original fireplaces and cornicing, or modern additions such as luxurious bathroom fittings. We hope that by focusing on the bits of your property that stand out to us, the property advertisment will stand out to potential tenants.
Next, our photoghrapher will capture a 'wow-factor' shot which sums up your property. It might be a glorious landscaped rear garden that's on stand-by for the next barbeque or an eat-in-kitchen that is the heart of your family home.
Lastly, we aim to snap a stunning external photo so that potential tenants can get an idea of the property's style and age.
