He then shared with me his vast knowledge of both property and the local area, without being overly pushy he they pointed out all the different aspects of the flat making me feel as if I was already living there and it was perfect. Not only was he extremely knowledgable about the local area and the property but was very up front with me about all costs making me feel very comfortable. He put up with me asking silly questions, constantly call him and organising more viewings (of the same property). He also made me feel he genuinely cared about my best interests. Due to his amazing work, I put in an offer 12 hours after first seeing property bearing in mind this was the first ever property I have viewed and I'm a fussy guy.
