Once registered with us we will phone you or email property alerts as soon as property for sale that meets your criteria becomes available. We record your search criteria in as much detail as possible so that we can ensure that we only contact you about properties that closely fit your requirements.
Once you have viewed a property with us and decided that you would like to make an offer for the property, we ask you to complete a written offer form. Until you have done this, we are unable to put your offer to the vendor so it is important to return the form to us promptly.
The offer form asks you to provide us with some background information so that we can tell the vendor about your position as a buyer, in order for them to make an informed decision.
Although we appreciate that most offers are made subject to contract and to survey, please ensure that you have fully considered all aspects of the purchase before making a formal offer.
If you are buying the property with someone else, or if some of the purchase funds are coming from a third-party (e.g. parents), all parties must have seen the property before the offer will be submitted.
Furthermore, if your offer is contingent on certain improvement works being completed within a certain budget, we strongly recommend that you visit the property with a builder prior to submitting an offer, as most vendors are likely to be unwilling to re-negotiate at a later date unless there are genuine unforeseen issues that are highlighted by a surveyor.
