Q) I've just moved address, how do I find out who supplies gas to my new home?

A) All gas meters have a unique reference number, called the Meter Point Reference Number (MPRN). This will be displayed somewhere on the meter in your property. Make a note of it and call the MPRN Helpline, on 0870 608 1524. They will tell you who supplies gas to your home.

Q) I've just moved address, how do I find out who my electricity supplier is?

A) To find out who supplies your electricity call your regional electricity distribution number: 0845 601 5467, option 1, option 2

Q) I have a maintenance issue at my property, who should I contact?

A) Please refer to the welcome letter that you were given when you moved in (it would have been emailed to you too), as this will include the landlord's contact details if the landlord manages the property themselves. If the welcome letter states that we are managing your property on behalf of the landord, please contact our Property Management Department on 02073267450 or via email at repairs@beresfordresidential.com
