When renting a property through 
Beresford Residential you can expect:

Regular Property Updates – Our lettings team will be in regular contact to let you know about new properties as soon as they become available.  We record your criteria in detail when you register with us so that we can ensure that we only contact you when a suitable property comes up.  We don’t send out bulk emails with our entire property list, but we will make sure that you get full information of anything that we feel may be of specific interest to you.

No ‘Hard-Sell’! – We know what an important decision choosing your new home can be.  We won’t make the process any harder by pressuring you into taking a property.  We want you to find a property that you are 100% happy with and although we will let you know if there is other interest in it, we will wait until you are totally decided before discussing making an offer.

Your Tenancy Deposit to be Protected – By law, your tenancy deposit is required to be protected by one of three accredited schemes.  We will ensure that this is done once the funds have been received, regardless of whether we are registering the deposit on the landlord’s behalf or whether the landlord will be doing this themselves.

Fair & Balanced Tenancy Agreements – Our standard tenancy agreement is worded so that it protects tenants as well as the landlord.  We will explain to the landlord their obligations where necessary and point you in the right direction on where to go if you require further advice.

A First Class Management Service – Where we manage your property, you can be assured that we will appoint an experienced property manager that will be responsible for all maintenance and repairs.  We will act promptly when a problem is reported and we will be on hand to offer any help or advice that you may need during your tenancy.

An Honest Approach to Lettings – We will speak frankly and honestly with you at all time.  Any administration fees are straightforward and open.  We are 100% committed to resolving any problems or issues that you may have at any stage of your tenancy.  We will ensure that your deposit is returned promptly after you have moved out, or that any dispute over the return of your deposit is addressed swiftly.
