The first time that you contact us you will be directed to a branch manager who will discuss your requirements and carry out a valuation of your property. It will be the same manager that will oversee the entire process and they will be your main point of contact throughout. If you are letting your property, we also appoint a Property Manager that is based in your local branch that will personally manage your property and be responsible for dealing with the administrative side.

We will agree the fee structure at the start of our appointment and can tailor our services to suit the needs of each individual client. We are not a ‘budget’ agent, but we offer excellent value for money and competitive fees. Longer Opening Hours
We work longer hours than most of our competition to ensure that there is always someone on hand to show buyers or tenants around your property, whether it be before work, after work, or at weekends. Our prominent office is open 6 days a week and we conduct viewings up until 8pm during weekdays and all day on Saturdays.
