Regular Communication – We promise to let you know exactly what we are doing for you at every step of the process.  We will let you know how each viewing has gone, how many people have enquired about your property and we will tell you if there is anything that needs doing at the property in order to help us find you tenants in a timely fashion.  Once we have found a tenant for you, you will be kept informed of how the referencing is progressing and what timescales can be expected.

The Right Tenants for You – We give you full discretion when it comes to accepting 
tenants for your property.  We insist that each tenant goes through thorough referencing, carried out by a specialist tenant referencing company.  If at any stage of the process you decide that the tenants are not suitable, you can decide not to proceed and there will be no pressure from us. You will always have the opportunity to view the full reference reports and we are happy to arrange for you to meet with the perspective tenants prior to signing the tenancy to make sure that you are 100% happy.
